RELEASING FEMALE POTENTIAL TALENT PROGRAMME

The Releasing Female Potential programme was launched by the Women in Action ERG in collaboration with the Cherrywood business.

This is a 12-month programme designed to prepare and encourage women based in EMEA to further their careers in a confident, inspired and structured manner. The overall objective of the RFP programme is to equip female talent with the skills, courage, inspiration, determination and mindset to challenge the status quo and be the best possible version of themselves.

Key elements of the programme include Peer Mentorship, Director Level Mentorship, Presentation Skills, Networking and continuous Self-Assessment.
