NEURODIVERSITY TRAINING
I attended an excellent session on Neurodiversity in the workplace in Sept. 2019, facilitated by the True Ability Employee Resource Group at Dell Technologies.
The session paid particular focus to Diversity and Inclusion strategy for employers, hiring managers and team leads.
A key takeaway was around calling out bad behavior when we see it exhibited in the workplace: “We need to be brave, and courageous, and it’s not always easy [but you will rarely get a negative reaction]” ~T. Smyth, EMEA D&I Lead
